• David Tucker is the founder, sole owner, and sole creditor of Aluminoids, Inc., a Texas corporation. He is originally from San Antonio, TX. In 1988, he received his Bachelor of Arts in the Plan II Honors Program from the University of Texas at Austin as well as a Bachelor of Business Administration in the Business Honors Program and in Finance. He obtained his Juris Doctor from Columbia Law School in 1991. After working as a foreign legal associate at the Tokyo-based law firm of Matsuo & Kosugi, he returned to Houston, TX to clerk for Judge Ewing Werlein, Jr. in the Southern District in Texas. He worked as an associate attorney for several prestigious law firms in New York City, NY and Houston, TX. Later, he promoted several failed entrepreneurial ventures. Nonetheless, he is really, really hopeful about this one.
